 As a smaller side note, the New... dialog currently pre-fills itself for
 you to match your current global state so that single one-account
 modifications can be made easily. That being said, it doesn't currently
 fill in when the global status is a saved or cached status, this is an
 issue we are aware of but have as of yet not decided on the correct way to
 solve it. Discussion about the way to handle that and patches to do so are
 always welcome. This pre-filling feature (assuming it works across the
 board) would likely fulfill your requirements though would not likely meet
 your level of "ease".

 (Also, I realize that setting a per-account status does involve a second
 dialog, so my comment above about the New... dialog being a single dialog
 is incorrect, my apologies.)
