 This is mainly for pidgin portable users. Ive found every time I re-
 install a new version of pidgin(and convert it to pidgin portable) I need
 to reconfigure my smiley's folder/setup.
 Ive tried to create a "pixmaps" folder in the ".purple" folder with my
 smiley themes in there, but it does not automatically detect and load
 them.
