 According to that output, it does re-lookup the address.  The server it
 connects to responds correctly as thenktor.dyndns.org.  So we're
 connecting where we should.

 It looks like your server doesn't like the authentication information
 we're sending it.  I'm perplexed that it works for the initial connection,
 but not for the subsequent reconnection.
