#3978: After successfully reinstalling pidgin & GTK+, still says GTK doesn't exist
on WIN XP

I had to reinstall Pidgin & GTK+ after removing an old hard drive that had
Pidgin on it. I uninstalled Pidgin and it all worked fine. After
downloading the new installer, I installed it, successfully. I tried
running it and it told me it couldn't find a DLL and GTK+. After numerous
tries to reinstall it I thought I'd just try installing GTK+. this isn't
the easiest thing to find by itself while still being able to be used by
pidgin, so I tried one last time to reinstall it. This time I looked at
the output and found where it extracted GTK+ to, and installed that. I
found that pidgin hid the pop up that GTK+ has which asks where to install
itself. GTK+ was still trying to install to the old hard drive! So, I
changed it to the new path and it worked like new.

 Suggestion:

A: Make GTK+ install to the same place as pidgin.
B: Run GTK+ as a separate pop up installer so the user can configure the
 settings.
