 Say you have a buddy "osxii" in group A.  If you then add osxii to group
 B, osxii will appear as offline initially.  They will show up as online in
 subsequent status changes.  This appears to work as expected on Yahoo so
 it seems to be an OSCAR specific issue.  The official AIM client supports
 this behavior.
