#4050: No way to authenticate proxy when installing Spellchecking on new install

-------------------+--------------------------------------------------------
I have just tried to install the latest version of Pidgin (2.2.2) and
would like to use the Spellchecking feature on my work computer. I use it
all the time at home. At work we sit behind a proxy server which requires
 authentication.

(Note: This has been a problem for a number of versions, but I only just
realised you might like a bug report. Sorry about the delay.)

When Pidgin Setup gets to the point where it has to download Aspell, it
can't get through the proxy because it isn't authenticated. It doesn't ask
for a username or password either, so I get the following message:

 ----------------------------------
"Error installing Spellchecking : HTTP/1.1 407 Proxy Authentication
Required ( The ISA Server requires authorization to fulfill requrest.
Access to the Web Proxy service is Denied. )"

 "Retry" "Cancel"
 ----------------------------------
I press "Retry" but of course, unless I put in a username and password it
 won't work.
