Comment:

 The proxy support in NSIS' downloading plugin doesn't work in all
 situations.  As mentioned in
 [http://developer.pidgin.im/wiki/Installing%20Pidgin
 #IsthereawaytoinstallSpell-checkingsupportAspellmanually the FAQ], you can
 download and install the aspell stuff manually if this happens.
