 Hello again!!!

 Our customer has approved efforts to make the custom emoticon sending a
 definitive implementation inside libpurple, so I'm free to get some work
 from you guys to do here regarding this feature.

 They want this functionality working on their application and aggreed that
 whether we join effort to get a final (or almost final) version running
 now it will avoid much of merging work on future.

 My idea is to start by the suggestion's I posted yesterday about migration
 of code that should be inside libpurple.
 Another thing could be the coding of file name, because we already tried
 to use the custom emoticon shortcut as the file name here and faced
 problems because some characters that can compound the shortcut are not
 acceptable by the Windows file system.
