 I think that because each protocol has its own pre-defined groups that
 often have special names, there should be some consolidation. For example:
 MySpaceIM has "IM Buddies", MSN has "Friends", some protocols have
 "Buddies", and so on. Groups like these should be displayed as a single
 group to avoid redundancy, since these words all refer to the same thing.
