 No, I marked everything I snipped with **SNIP**.  There were no other
 messages.

 I don't know how to connect to conference.pidgin.im (tried adding an XMPP
 acct with the login I use here in the bugtracker, but didn't work), but as
 I mentioned above, auto-join worked ok for a AIM chatroom.
