 The current 'workaround' is not quite as usable as before. The status/away
 message usage is clunky. There should be an option to pull it out as
 separate window as before. The queuing also needs to show up as a list
 somewhere else as before. The separate window is a good option as you can
 leave that small window up and minimize the buddy list window.

 As part of this I think away message should be taken out of the buddylist.
 It becomes cluttered and is not as intuitive as it should be for users.
 Some times it is confusing on what your status is actually set to.
