 This patch adds a Show Userlist checkmenu item under the Options menu to
 show or hide
 the pane on the right which contains the userlist widget. This menu item
 only appears
 under the Options menu when the conversation is of type
 PURPLE_CONV_TYPE_CHAT and
 disappears when the conversation is of type PURPLE_CONV_TYPE_IM.
