#3566: starting pidgin twice should bring up the window of the first instance, not
creating a second one

Hi there,
when you accidentally start pidgin while it's already running, it will try
to log in to the IM services and the first instance will get locked out.
Then you have to quit one of the two instances and log in again manually
with the other instance. This is a bit annoying.
Instead of creating a second instance, pidgin should just send a message
to the first instance, telling it to bring up its window. This would be
great and save a lot of time to people who mis-click on the wrong icon
(e.g. the speed-start icon, as opposed to the tray-icon...).
Thanks,
Jack
