 There are basically no user-editable configuration files for pidgin, so
 I'm not sure how much use this would be. Also there is already the
 http://developer.pidgin.im/wiki/ConfigurationFiles page (helpfully linked
 off of the main developer.pidgin.im page) which is already more than I
 think is useful.
