Comment:

 Setting on kde control center -> window decoration options -> focus
 stealing -> none, I have been able to get the desired behaviour.

 It's also possible to set specific parameters of kwin, relative to the
 single application or window. So I configured pidgin (globally) to have
 focus stealing prevention disabled, and I leaved the global kwin focus
 stealing prevention setting to low. Great!

 You can close this ticket, perhaps it should be great if this behaviour
 will be documented somewhere on pidgin help pages (or wiki)..
