Comment:

 This isn't a bug in Pidgin itself, but in GTK+, the library that Pidgin's
 UI is built with.

 I don't know enough about this issue to report this upstream, so if you'd
 like you can report it as a bug against GTK+ in [http://bugzilla.gnome.org
