 oh i didnt know that you arent using a mysql-server.
 with have the changes in a db would it make easier to add/cnages stupp
 maybe with webinterface - cause i personal hate add news-
 messages/changes/etc on my page using editor and have to code some
 stuff...
 but here you are right. its not really need. and furthermore changelog has
 to be changed one time a  month maybe.
