 When the internet is disconnected on a computer (ie: dial-up; W-LAN),
 Pidgin will revert back to a frame with details of a disconnection. It
 will automatically log you back in when the internet is re-connected.
 However, if you disconnect the internet, and then set your status to
 offline, Pidgin will still remember your account details, and log you in
 next time you change the status bar to say online, without asking for any
 authentication. In reality, Pidgin should ask the user for their
 password(s) again, as they have changed their status to offline, and thus
 chosen to log out.
