 I have tried 3 times now to install this program. Everytime it tells me
 that it's been installed successfully. However, when i click to open it, I
 get some stupid C++ runtime error that tells me "This application has
 requested the Runtime to terminate it in an usual way. Please contact the
 application's support team for more information." It won't even open.

 Sorry, I am just incredibly frustrated that a seemingly simple program has
 now wasted an hour of my time. Can someone please help me get this thing
 to work??

 My computer is fairly new, has no other problems, is on XP, not crappy
 Vista and I don't load my computer with a bunch of crap. I defrag it and
 clean it of spyware often, so what is the deal? This should not be that
 hard.

 Btw, it sure would be nice if you had support for the people that actually
 USE your program rather than just support for people that just want to
 dick around with the code.
