 What exactly do you think the mailing list, the irc channel, and this bug
 tracker are for? Not to mention the fact that the sourceforge forum is
 still open. While you may be frustrated, taking that out on the people you
 are asking for help in your introductory exchange is not generally a good
 way to get useful help from anyone. Install the debug version of pidgin
 and see if it creates a pidgin.RPT file in the pidgin install directory
 when it crashes, if it does post that file here. Someone who knows Windows
 better may have more useful things to say about this.
