 The two options are "Flash window when IMs are received" and "Flash window
 when chat messages are received". They differ in that the pidgin
 preference ("Flash ... IMs...") refers to one-on-one conversations and the
 plugin preference refers to chatroom messages. They both serve purposes
 and are both useful, thus one cannot simply be removed. Previously they
 both lived in the plugin but the IM preference was moved because we got
 tired of Windows users who were unable to find it. Personally, I would
 move it back.
