 It seems that with the new release the "dead key" functionality in the US-
 international keyboard layout is gone. I'm using Vista Business SP1.

 For reference, an example defect is that the following key presses "f" "i"
 "a" "n" "c" "'" "e" should produce "fiancé". Instead it produces
 "fianc'e".
