Comment:

 The functionality should be in a separate plugin, not in the prpl.

 I am not sure if it's possible to detect whether a click is on the music
 emblem or not. But I think it's possible that the said plugin adds a
 _('Listen to the same song') item on the context-menu for the buddy to do
 the task.
