 As I mentioned in devel at conference.pidgin.im this is rather reminiscent of
 the connection dialog pidgin used to have a while back (only this dialog
 isn't a total waste of space). I actually sort of like this idea with the
 exception that I don't think connected accounts should disappear. If we
 really think they need to have something done to them specifically then
 they can get collapsed but more than that I think is a mistake. This
 dialog would obviously need a way to be dismissed without entering all
 requested passwords.
