 I have fixed this (as far as I can see). I set the the attribute "buzz"
 for statuses "available" and "chatty" in jabber/presence.c to TRUE
 (previously it was set as "purple_value_new(PURPLE_TYPE_BOOLEAN)", which
 is set as FALSE.
