 That's very odd, I've never seen any reports of this particular issue
 before.  There doesn't appear to be anything weird in the debug log.  I
 have no idea where Microsoft Visual Studio 8 comes into play - it isn't
 used for any part of pidgin.  Do you have it in your path?
