 If I add comments at the location of each change, would that be
 appropriate? I didn't think you would want the problem db cluttered with a
 large number of similar issues, which don't have test cases and aren't
 necessarily possible to reproduce. Some are just stylistic conventions,
 others a less permissive interpretation of the C standard.
