 A friend of mine (who runs Trillian on Windows) and I often go invisible;
 we usually check each other's status by checking profiles or messaging
 each other. It's not a severe issue, but it's quite inconvenient
 considering the functionality was there before. Plus on Ubuntu, there's
 really no other choice for instant messenger, and I otherwise quite like
 pidgin.

 It's really one of the more minor, nagging annoyances -- the kind that
 often go unaddressed.
