 As a highly relevant information point here, we no longer display a
 failure notification on AIM because we grew proper offline message
 support.  As I understand it, there is no notification whether it's an
 offline message or immediately delivered.

 I will also oppose any attempt to add invisibilty detection to our code.
 It'd be nice if all these stupid IM protocols did away with invisibility
 though.
