 times the system should flash the taskbar button of a rude application."
 IMO, the conversation window should make itself a rude application
 (basically use this setting). If MS asks for something else, by all means
 follow their specifications, but if not, I want all my "urgent" windows to
 act the same way, and I think everything except for Pidgin follows that
 setting.

 Patches to do this are welcome, it isn't clear to me how this should
 magically happen (If I just tell it to flash continuously, it still
 doesn't use the TweakUI setting).
