 If Pidgin is placed in the startup folder of a Vista install that has
 "User Account Control" enabled then Pidgin will not launch unless the user
 manually gives it permission. I believe this is because Pidgin lacks
 certain indentifiable meta data such as a publisher name. Is it possible
 to make Pidgin more Vista friendly in this way? All Vista machines have
 User Account Control enabled by default.
