 At the moment, Pidgin will only work with Voice/Video calls to other
 Pidgin clients of the vv branch. That will be the case until either
 Farsight's ICE transmitter is finished/used or I implement the rawudp
 transport in Jingle properly.

 As far as it hanging, is "the other one" it hangs on the "Default" option
 or the "Video Test Source" option?
