 I searched and from what I can tell this isn't possible (in newer
 versions) yet...

 But would be nice to be able to create nested groups, ie sub-groups within
 groups. Minimimally two levels would be ok, but perhaps more arbitrary
 would be better...

 The simple use case is that I want to have one large group for "Work" and
 one large group for "Friends". Within those groups tho I'd like to be able
 to do further (sub)group organizing (ie by department under "Work").
