 This function is nice for trimming down what you see for accounts with
 long usernames.

 I don't at all like the idea of using it only for ICQ accounts, it is an
 arbitrary distinction and I think will only cause further confusion.

 I think that more often than not, people using Pidgin will have more than
 one account.

 Perhaps it wouldn't be unreasonable to remove the field from the "Add
 Account" screen, but to show it only in the "Modify Account" screen.

 Maybe we can add some sort of hint to the field to add a more verbose
 description of what it does?
