Comment:

 Renaming libxmpp.dll prevented your XMPP (Jabber) account from logging on,
 which is why it prevented the crash.

 Can you reproduce the crash if you 'Show Offline Buddies'? Can you
 reproduce it if you set that buddy to be 'Show[n] when offline'?
