 The tab bar is intentionally not displayed when tabs are at the top and
 the infopane is turned on. This was done to mitigate the stream of
 complaints we received about the 'horrible duplicated information at the
 top of the conversation window' and because, quite frankly, it looked
 silly. This decision has not been without complaints as well though I
 think it is far better than displaying both, the biggest issue with the
 current scenario is that with a single tab the tab-color typing
 notifications are missing.

 Changing tab locations is unrelated to this feature.

 I do think explanatory text of that sort might be useful though I'm unsure
 where it should properly go or what it should say exactly. Perhaps
 something like "When enabled, conversation windows with only a single
 conversion will not display the tab bar when tab placement is set to Top"
 under "Show detailed information". (Yes I realize that is horribly long,
 but I'm hoping someone can help streamline it.)
