 The ability to mute or control sound files based on which friend is
 sending the message would be very helpful.  I have certain friends who
 send their sentences in chunks of five words or less, and I'd love to keep
 sound on for everyone but them, or alternatively only have it make a sound
 when it starts a conversation, or as another alternative choose a quieter
 and/or shorter sound for only when they message me.  This latter idea is
 similar to custom ringtones based on who is calling, and I can see it
 being very handy even beyond my own given use.  These features are already
 available, but are global settings, not ones that can be set based on who
 is contacting/messaging the user.
