 Pidgin isn't seeing aspell.

 The Aspell registry key is missing - any ideas why that might be?

 You can work around it by defining the `PIDGIN_ASPELL_DIR` environment
 variable to the base directory (`C:\Program Files\Aspell` by default).
 This directory should contain a `bin` directory containing `aspell-15.dll`
 and a `dict` directory containing `en-only.rws` (among other things).
