 ICQ 6 '''does''' list the typing capability among its own, so I believe
 Pidgin should publish this capability too since it, in fact, does support
 typing notifications.

 Although ICQ doesn't seem to respect whether the party uses this
 capability or not and sends typing notifications anyway, the behavior of
 QIP not sending them to clients who don't appear to support them is, in my
 opinion, fairly correct. Pidgin ought to say the truth about itself and
 not be too modest to say it supports Typing :-) Take a look at the patch,
 it's really simple.
