 I did look at the patch, and yes it is quite simple.  I just don't want to
 have this hit our repository ''unless'' this is the exact capability that
 the official client advertises.  ICQ is enough of a mess that it's best if
 we emulate the official client on the wire as much as possible.

 It sounds like you're saying that this is the exact same capability ICQ6
 publishes.  If so, I'm in favor of including it.
