 Well there are so many things which are there in Pidgin but not in native
 client, for eg. Buddy pounces, Last seen (till I last used a native
 client)

 Plus I dont think Pidgin is meant to imitate a native client. If there is
 bug in native client doesn't mean bug shud ALSO exist in Pidgin.

 Anyway, I am not pushing for this, but still believe that the argument,
 "If its not there in native clint, we wont do it either (even if it makes
 sense)", is a valid. But then its just my opinion. Rest is upto you
 developers.

 P.S: I am sorry if pending status gets deleted, because I replied. But I
 have no idea if native client supports it.
