 Do we consider the MSNP9 code to be "maintained"?  I'm aware of a number
 of fixes that haven't been backported (including a DoS type issue).
 Unless we want to continue to maintain MSNP9, i'd rather point people at
 the 2.4.2 win32 zip file and tell them to use the libmsn.dll from that.
