 This would probably be pointless.  The filters that cause these messages
 generally also try to force MSNp8 on us when we use our MSNp9 plugin, as
 well.

 I suspect that if we were to look at what trillian sends over the wire, it
 advertises support for at least MSNp15, 14, and 13.  I actually wouldn't
 be surprised if it advertised support for everything back to MSNp8.
