 Occasionally with AIM, attempting to IM an offline user yields this error
 in the conversation text box:

 "Unable to send message: Not logged in"

 However, I have Offline Message Emulation enabled, and it is not picking
 up the error and caching the message in a buddy pounce, presumably because
 the proto claims to support offline messaging. May be useful to have a
 failover for such cases?

 Bug #4464 suggests it may be due to invisible AIM users.
