 I think it should not be possible to connect a SIP account without server.

 In Instantbird the server can be null because the PurpleAccountUserSplit
 stuff is not implemented yet, on Pidgin it is not null but it can be an
 empty string.

 Either with a NULL or empty string as server name, I think a connection
 should not be attempted and a connection error should be returned early.

 This combined with the bug in ticket #7765 caused a crash in Instantbird.
