 I think the most recent patch is a little better (previous version was a
 little buggy).

 deryni, the idea is to not always set the vcard on the server at login if
 our avatar hasn't changed -- it saves a fair amount of traffic to and from
 the server (in setting the vcard and XEP-0084 avatar(s))
