 This is not related to the bug, but the "ICQ6" capability {0138ca7b-
 769a-4915-88f2-13fc00979ea8} is interpreted by QIP as "HTML Messages".
 This seems appropriate as ICQ6 is (so far) the only official ICQ client
 supporting HTML messaging. Perhaps you could find this useful for making
 IMHTML work with ICQ.
