 This seems appropriate as ICQ6 is (so far) the only official ICQ client
 supporting HTML messaging. Perhaps you could find this useful for making
 IMHTML work with ICQ.

 I tried to add this capability to what we broadcast at login and it seemed
 to work at first, except that it causes an infinite loop when doing "Get
 Info" on an AIM or ICQ buddy.  I believe this is due to running out of
 space in the 32-bit field we use to determine capabilities.  Mark would
 have to confirm this, though, as he's the resident expert on OSCAR code
 here.
