 dima_gsv: It looks like someone sent an SMS to your ICQ number.  Does that
 sound like something that people normally do?  Does it normally work ok?
 Are you in the Czech Republic, Israel, Singapore, Slovakia or the Ukraine?
 (According to http://www.icq.com/sms/ those are the only countries where
 ICQ SMS works.)
