Comment:

 Good news!  The web status icon appears to work again in 2.5.3.  I've
 logged in and out of MSN several times, and the web icon has displayed the
 correct online/offline status each time, as well as when I set my status
 to Away.

 Perhaps work on ticket 4872 fixed the problem (although I have yet to see
 these new "game" and "office" statuses in action...I no longer see the
 little "note" icon for my friends on Xbox, for instance.  But that's
 another matter.)
